Due to its elegant, slender foliage rōroro is frequently compared to willow or bamboo. This similarity resonates with our deep-seated cultural connections to plants like willow. Consequently, rōroro provides a native option to introduce the visual charm of willow or bamboo into gardens without the risk of ecological harm that can come with using certain non-native species of those culturally significant plants.
