A fast-growing, evergreen shrub well suited to dry, exposed and coastal conditions. It forms a dense, compact habit, making it an effective shelter or hedging plant in windy sites. Small green to yellow-green leaves provide year-round structure, while masses of fine white daisy flowers appear in late summer, releasing a subtle vanilla scent. Highly tolerant of salt spray and wind. Also known as olearia solandri it is a hardy, reliable choice for coastal gardens, revegetation projects and native landscapes, adding both ecological value and texture.
